ID Verification

Spanish regulations require us to register the presence of all guests with the relevant authorities. For this reason, we are required to collect identification details from every guest staying at the property.

Should this verification reveal that the guests present do not match the information provided in the Airbnb reservation, we reserve the right to request a security deposit of €500, payable in cash upon arrival, or to refuse access to the property without any entitlement to a refund or compensation.
